This $530 million tri-tower, mixed-use project located in the heart of Atlanta is a joint venture development between Selig Development, Rockefeller Group, and Mainsail Lodging & Development. It encompasses a Class A office tower anchored by Google, a luxury condominium tower, The Epicurean, a 178-key, full-service and culinary inspired Autograph hotel, 20,000 square feet of retail, and the Sky Terrace, an elevated amenity deck and greenspace connecting  the three towers. Lux et Veritas was retained to ensure the building is a standout feature of the Atlanta skyline. Dynamic RGBW LED façade lighting creatively brings attention to the property amongst the bustle of the metropolitan area. Lux additionally designed lighting for the hotel public spaces, the office lobby and lower level amenities including The Office Bar, a unique full service bar and lounge experience for office workers and the surrounding neighborhood.
