360 Rosemary

Located in the central business district of West Palm Beach, 360 Rosemary incorporates an innovative approach to how the built environment can greatly benefit the culture and productivity of companies. The 300,000 square foot Class-A, mixed-use development sits within a culturally connected and vibrant business district. It hosts over 22,000 square feet of ground-level retail in addition to workplace environments. Over 10,000 square feet of outdoor decks and terraces are available for employees to relax and reflect while soaking up the South Florida sun. 360 Rosemary introduced a unique culture where employees can balance their job needs with their social, emotional and physical well-being which has resulted in better employee retention and productivity. A custom chandelier anchors the office lobby while concealed linear lighting features the art lighting floating in niches surrounding the lobby seating area. Terraces were illuminated with low level lighting combined with tree uplighting to provide a comfortable space for after-hours events. Lux et Veritas specified modern decorative poles surrounding the site which have since become the City of West Palm Beach lighting standard for the City.
