Marriott City Center

Located in Lexington, City Center is a mixed-use development in the downtown urban core. Covering an entire city block, the development includes a dual brand full service Marriott and Residence Inn Hotel. The facility has with shared ballrooms and meeting spaces, along with a 165,000 sf office & condominium building along with 10,000 sf of leasable space including the celebrated Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. The crown jewels of the 12-story mixed-use project are the color changing LED sunshades which are a beacon on the downtown approach forever changing the City’s skyline.

At the onset of the COVID pandemic, a local radio station, together with the Developer, produced a light show in dedication to the healthcare workers around the city, synchronized to music and broadcast throughout the area.
