Virgin Hotel

Staying true to the eclectic roots of New Orleans, this unique 240-key hotel is a lively addition to the historical Crescent City.  Whether you are playing chess with the mannequin in a bunny suit, or relaxing to jazz on the rooftop pool deck, Virgin New Orleans is not lacking in visual intrigue.  Working closely with the design team, Lux et Veritas carefully curated the lighting design to exemplify the unique character of each space.  The bespoke decorative fixtures combined with the soft, ambient architectural lighting highlighted the feel and personality each space was designed to evoke.  Purposefully placed accent lighting emphasized the interior architecture and elevated each piece of artwork which was carefully selected to represent a city known for its rich, vibrant atmosphere.  Low level lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere for guests and locals alike at the rooftop bar designed to not compete with the surrounding view of the neighborhood.
